摘要

电镀铬层稍带蓝色的银白色金属光泽,在大气中长久不变色,因其具有硬度高、耐热性好和耐磨性好等优良性能而广泛应用于航空零件.针对多部位镀铬存在的问题,通过专用电镀工装设计、电镀工艺参数设定和镀前尺寸协调来确保零件电镀至成品尺寸,并保证镀层质量.

Abstract

The chromium plating layer had a slightly blue silver white metal luster,which was not discolored in the at-mosphere for a long time.It was widely used in aviation parts because of its excellent properties such as high hardness,good heat resistance,good wear resistance and so on.In view of the problem existing in multi-site chromium plating,the special electroplating tooling design,electroplating process parameter setting and pre-plating dimension coordination were used to ensure that the parts were electroplated to the finished product size,and the coating quality was guaranteed.
