Research on New Type Energy-saving Technology of Lithium Battery Coating Machines
With the rapid development of the new energy industry,the energy consumption problem of lithium battery production has been becoming increasingly severe,and the coating process accounted for 30%of the energy consumption of the whole cell manufacturing equipment,which was an important part of energy-saving research.Based on the traditional lithium battery coater,firstly,we systematically analyzed the energy consumption distribution during the operation of the e-quipment,and optimized the heat dissipation,wind field layout and tubing loss of the experimental coating machine through the theoretical analysis of natural convection heat dissipation combined with wind field simulation and fluid test.The results showed that the energy consumption could be reduced by 17.5%and the effective energy utilization rate could be increased by 7.4%compared with the traditional coater.In addition,the energy consumption test results quantified the energy-saving weight of the coater,which were the loss of tubing,the heat dissipation of the box and the power of the fan from the high to the low,it provided an important numerical basis for the cost reduction of the coater.This technology could be widely used in energy storage,power and 3C and other chemical batteries,and had the significant economic value.
