超高强度钢板精准折弯成型工艺技术研究

为解决特种车辆车体制造时超高强度钢板折弯成型存在的回弹、开裂、尺寸精度差以及成型不一致等问题,通过拉伸-压缩试验、缺口拉伸断裂试验等材料性能试验获取了材料力学性能数据,标定了材料本构模型参数,构建了超高强度钢板材料参数数据库和折弯成型数值模拟仿真平台,结合有限元模拟平台实现了不同凸模压下量对超高强钢V型自由折弯成形、回弹过程以及断裂的仿真预测,通过现场实物生产对比仿真验证的模拟结果可知,数值模拟与实物的吻合度达到90%以上,验证了有限元模拟结果的有效性和准确性,为企业提高生产效率提供了依据.
Research on Precision Bending Forming Process of Ultra-high-strength Steel Plates
In order to solve the problems of spring back,cracking,poor dimensional accuracy and inconsistency of blending of ultra-high-strength steel plates in the manufacture of special vehicle bodies,the material mechanical performance data were obtained through material performance experiments such as tensile compression experiments,notch tensile frac-ture experiments and so on.The parameters of the material constitutive model were calibrated,and a database of ultra-high strength steel plate material parameters and a numerical simulation platform for bending forming were constructed.By com-bining the finite element simulation platform,it was achieved that the simulation prediction of the V-shaped free bending forming,rebound process,and fracture of ultra-high strength steel under different punch pressing amounts.The reliability of the simulation results was more than 90%compared with the actual production,which verified that the effectiveness of the numerical simulation platform and provided a basis for the enterprise to improve the production efficiency.
