离散型特种制造业数字化转型建设路径探究

摘要
制造型企业的数字化转型是指充分开发和利用信息技术及其支持能力,在企业经营、生产管理以及产品研制等多层面实现数据驱动的全新业务模式.随着数字化技术加速创新和武器装备研发体系变革,离散型特种制造业数字化转型已进入关键阶段.综述了国内外数字化转型顶层战略部署,分析了我国工业和离散型特种制造业的发展特点及趋势,并以重庆铁马工业集团有限公司为例,围绕总体平台搭建、生产能力改造和拓展应用等方面展开论述,最后以关键技术为线索,提出针对离散型特种制造业的数字化转型发展建议,为其数字化转型建设与实践应用提供借鉴.
Abstract
The digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises referred to the full development and utilization of in-formation technology and its supporting capabilities to realize a new data-driven business model at multiple levels of enter-prise operation,production management,product development and so on.With the accelerated innovation of digital technol-ogy and the change of weapon and equipment research and development system,the digital transformation of discrete special manufacturing industry has entered a critical stage.It was summarized that the top-level strategic deployment of digital transformation at home and abroad,we analyzed the development characteristics and trends of Chinese industrial and discrete special manufacturing industries,and by taking Chongqing Tiema Industries Group Co.,Ltd.for an example,discussed it from the aspects of platform construction,capability transformation and application expansion.Finally,we took the key technology as a clue,put forward the development suggestions for the digital transformation of the discrete special manufac-turing industry to provide reference for its digital transformation construction and practice.
