摘要
金属磁记忆(MMM)是一种新兴的无损检测技术,具有在弱磁条件下表征铁磁材料裂纹和应力损伤的显著优势,从而评估构件的可用性.总结了过去十年金属磁记忆领域的研究进展,涵盖了磁机械效应机理、实验研究、损伤评估和影响因素.通过对磁/应力耦合效应的理论研究、影响检测信号的因素、损伤状态的判断标准和缺陷识别等方面的综合分析,总结了金属磁记忆技术的优点和关键问题.另外,总结并展望了未来应重点关注探索铁磁领域的微观尺度、发展磁机械耦合模型等,以拓展金属磁记忆测试在工程领域的实际应用.
Abstract
The metal magnetic memory(MMM)was an emerging non-destructive testing technology with significant ad-vantages in characterizing cracks and stress damage in ferromagnetic materials under weak magnetic conditions,thereby it could assess the availability of components.We summarized the research progress in the field of metal magnetic memory o-ver the past decade,which covered the mechanisms of magneto-mechanical effects,experimental studies,damage assess-ment,and influencing factors.Through a comprehensive analysis of theoretical research on the magnetic/stress coupling effect,factors influencing detection signals,criteria for damage assessment,and defect identification,we summarized the advantages and key issues of metal magnetic memory technology,additionally,concluded and looked ahead to future empha-sis on exploring the micro-scale of the ferromagnetic field,developed magneto-mechanical coupling models,and expanded the practical application of metal magnetic memory testing in the engineering field.
