摘要

叶轮是汽车涡轮增压系统中的核心零件,通过SolidWorks软件对叶轮进行数字建模,将其三维模型导入到CAXA制造工程师软件中,根据设定的加工参数生成刀具刀位点的运动轨迹,对其轨迹进行模拟验证、优化生成数控加工程序;再将加工程序导入到VERICUT软件中对其进行五轴虚拟加工仿真,以检验其加工的准确性和可行性;最后传输程序并进行DNC数控加工.

Abstract

The impeller was the core part of the automobile turbocharging system.Through modeling by SolidWorks software for the impeller,its three-dimensional model was imported into CAXA manufacturing engineer software,then ac-cording to the given machining parameters,the tool locus was generated,which was simulated and verified,finally the NC machining program was optimized,and the machining program was imported into VERICUT software and the 5-axis virtual machining simulation was carried out for it to verify the accuracy and feasibility of the machining,finally the machining pro-gram was imported to finish DNC numerical control machining.
