300M钢回火工艺对组织性能的影响

以特种车辆传动轴用300M钢材料为研究对象,通过调整回火温度,在200~350 ℃内以50℃为间隔调整回火温度分别进行一次回火和二次回火处理,对热处理后的试样进行金相组织、硬度、拉伸、冲击性能检测以及旋转弯曲疲劳试验,得出相应性能随热处理参数的变化规律,优选热处理工艺参数,为生产实践提供理论依据和数据支撑.
Effects of Tempering Process on Structure Property in 300M Steel
The 300M steel of special vehicle transmission shaft was used for the study,by adjusting the tempering tem-perature with intervals of 50 ℃ within 200~350 ℃,we finished the once tempering process and the second tempering process.The metallographic structure,hardness,tensile strength,impact test and rotary bending fatigue test were carried out on the samples after heat treatment,and the variation law with heat treatment parameters was obtained,the optimal heat treatment process parameters were obtained which provided theoretical foundation and data support for production prac-tice.
