城市轨道交通车辆车门防拖拽功能控制研究

城市轨道交通车辆在运营过程中,如果乘客的衣角、包带等小型物品被关闭的车门夹持,车辆移动时可能造成乘客被拖拽,对乘客的人身安全产生极大危害.通过引入车门防拖拽功能,可以有效降低上述危害发生的概率.车门防拖拽功能通过接触式检测装置和车门控制系统实现.接触式障碍检测装置用于检测被车门夹持的小型物品并向车门控制系统反馈电信号,车门控制系统则用于对电信号进行比较并控制车门安全联锁回路断开,使车辆丢失牵引动力,避免拖拽乘客.控制安全联锁回路断开的方案可以分为硬件逻辑和软件逻辑,硬件逻辑完全由硬件电路实现控制,而软件逻辑由车门控制系统软件参与控制.通过故障树分析(FTA)方法对两种控制逻辑的安全性与可靠性进行了对比分析,并在车门台架上测试了两种控制逻辑的功能表现.从结果上看,硬件逻辑与软件逻辑在安全性和功能表现上差异不大,但软件逻辑可靠性优势显著,因而在车门防拖拽功能方案的设计上建议优先考虑软件逻辑方案,在保障车辆运营安全的同时能够兼顾优异的运营可靠性.
Research on Anti-drag Function Control of Urban Rail Transit Vehicle Doors
In the operation process of urban rail,if passenger's clothes,bag belt or other small items were clamped by a closed door,it may cause passengers to be dragged when vehicle moved,which brought great harm to the passenger safe-ty.By introducing the door anti-drag function,chance of the above hazards could be reduced effectively.The door anti-drag function was realized by contact detection device and door control system.The contact detection device was used to detect small items clamped by the door and feedback electrical signal to door control system,while door control system was used to distinguish this electrical signal and disconnect door safety loop,to cut out vehicle traction and avoid passenger being dragged.Methods for cutting out vehicle traction could be divided into hardware control logic and software control logic.The hardware logic only used hardware circuit to execute the control,while the software logic used door control unit soft-ware to control it.By means of fault tree analysis(FTA)method,we compared the security and reliability of these two kinds of control logic,and also organized a functional test on mock-up to compare their performance.In terms of the re-sults,the hardware logic and the software logic had almost the same performance in security and functionality,but the soft-ware logic had significant advantage in reliability,so it was suggested that selecting software logical as the optimized solution when doing door anti-drag function design,it could ensure both vehicle operation security and reliability at the same time.
