摘要

分拣装置是自动产线的重要组成部分,其分拣效率是影响产线生产效率的重要因素.为了减少人工,节约成本,综合利用PLC控制技术、机械传动技术、气动技术、检测技术和触摸屏对现有电路板自动检测系统的取料工序进行了改造,设计了一个具有自动取料、顺序设定、计数功能的自动分拣装置.测试结果表明,装置结构简单,运行稳定,易于复制推广.

Abstract

The sorting device was an important component of an automatic production line,and its sorting efficiency was an important factor that affecting the production efficiency of the production line.In order to reduce manual labor and save costs,a comprehensive utilization of PLC control technology,mechanical transmission technology,pneumatic technology,detection technology,and touch screen was carried out to transform the material picking process of the existing circuit board automatic detection system.It was designed that an automatic sorting device with automatic material picking,sequence set-ting,and counting functions.The test results showed that the device had a simple structure,stable operation,and was easy to be replicated and promoted.
