针对 MasterCAM X9 软件在编制 HEIDENHAIN 数控系统螺纹铣削数控加工程序的过程中,存在缺乏相应参数输入的人机对话界面、部分切削参数设置与 FANUC等系统不一致的问题,通过研究MasterCAM软件后置处理的基本原理和二次开发技术,开发了 HEIDENHAIN 数控系统螺纹铣固定循环的后置处理,搭建了螺纹铣削固定循环的人机对话界面,实现了在MasterCAM软件中编制螺纹铣削固定循环程序的参数化,为MasterCAM软件定制 HEIDENHAIN 系统的后置处理提供了一种思路和技术途径.
Research on Development of HEIDENHAIN Thread Milling Cycle Post Processing based on MasterCAM
In response to the problems of a lack of human-machine dialogue interface for corresponding parameter input and inconsistency between some cutting parameter settings and FANUC and other systems in the development of the HEI-DENHAIN CNC system thread milling CNC machining program by using MasterCAM X9 software,the basic principle and secondary development technology of the post processing of MasterCAM software were studied,and the fixed cycle of post processing of the HEIDENHAIN CNC system thread milling was developed.A human-machine dialogue interface for thread milling fixed cycle was established,it achieved parameterization of programming thread milling fixed cycle in MasterCAM software.It provided a train of thought and technical approach for customizing the post processing of HEIDENHAIN sys-tem in MasterCAM software.
