Aimed at the problems such as degradation of product purity,low recovery rate of alkali liquor and the high consumption of water and so on caused by difficult solid liquid separation in barium sulfate production,a horizontal spiral centrifuge was adopted,which obtained good results,realized continuous separation production and total recycling of alkali liquor and washing water,so as to reduce production cost.As a whole,the impurity content of barium sulfate products dis-tinctly shrunk and the product quality have been greatly elevated.
