基于打印效率的AlSi10Mg打印工艺参数研究

选择性激光熔化可以很好地成型AlSi10Mg合金,但成型质量与工艺参数密切相关.在保证产品良好的强度及表面质量前提下,基于同类型激光金属打印设备的打印工艺参数,通过调整激光功率、扫描间距等工艺参数,采用正交试验法,打印试样进行对比试验,确定填充打印工艺参数为激光功率430 W、扫描速度1 210 mm/s、扫描间距0.19 mm,轮廓打印工艺参数为激光功率400 W、扫描速度500 mm/s,此时打印件抗拉强度为407 MPa,表面粗糙度Ra为7.565 μm,打印效率提升约21%,为AlSi10Mg的选择性激光熔化成型工艺在实际生产中的应用提供参考依据.
Research on Printing Process Parameters of AlSi10Mg based on Printing Efficiency
The selective laser melting could effectively shape AlSi10Mg alloy,but the forming quality was closely related to the process parameters.On the premise of ensuring good strength and surface quality of the product,based on the print-ing process parameters of the same type of laser metal printing equipment,and by adjusting process parameters such as laser power,scanning spacing and so on,at the same time,using orthogonal experimental method to print samples for compara-tive testing.The filling printing process parameters were determined to be the laser power 430 W,the scanning speed 1 210 mm/s,the scanning spacing 0.19 mm,and contour printing process parameters were laser power 400 W,the scanning speed 500 mm/s.At this time,the tensile strength of the printed part was 407 MPa,the surface roughness Ra was 7.565 pm,and the printing efficiency was improved by about 21%.This provided a reference basis for the application of selective laser melting and forming technology of AlSi10Mg in actual production.
