翘曲变形是注塑行业普遍存在的技术难题,改进产品和模具设计、优化注塑成型工艺可以在一定程度上减小翘曲变形.但对一些不规则的零件,如开口的环形注塑件,具有较强的向无支撑的开口方向翘曲变形的趋势,单纯的改进设计和优化工艺难以满足成型后的质量要求,成型后的矫正就成为一种必备办法.针对一种汽车制动系统用环形开口衬套的特殊结构,设计制造了一种具有温度调节功能的矫正治具,使衬套残余应力在治具上得以释放,同时将传导给治具的热量排出,从而大幅度减小了衬套开口处的翘曲变形,矫正后24 h的开口变形量由-71.54%降低到-20%,解决了衬套在注塑成型后的变形导致尺寸超差的问题,并能实现与注塑成型生产同步的批量矫正,既保证了产品质量,也提高了生产效率.
Correction Method for Warping Deformation of Injection Molding Parts with Ring Opening
The warping deformation was a common technical challenge in injection molding industry,which could be re-duced to a certain degree by improving product and mold design,and optimizing injection molding process.However,for some irregular parts,such as open ring injection parts,had a strong tendency to warpage deformation in the direction of un-supported opening,and simple design improvement and process optimization were difficult to meet the quality requirement after molding,so the correction after molding has become a necessary method.Aimed at a ring opening bushing special structure for automobile brake system,it was designed and manufactured that a kind of correction fixture with temperature regulation function,so the residual stress of the bushing was released on the fixture,and the heat transmitted to the fixture was discharged,which greatly reduced the warping deformation of the opening of the bushing,the opening deformation af-ter correction after 24 hours was reduced from-71.54%to-20%.This method solved the dimension deviation caused by deformation of the bushing after injection molding,and could realize quantity correction synchronously with injection mold-ing,which not only ensured product quality,but also improved production efficiency.
