某型飞行器机翼安装互换的低成本制造技术

针对某型批产飞行器机翼与机身连接销安装困难、销孔共铰后孔距超差、机翼损坏后无法安装互换等问题进行分析.运用飞行器制造中经常采用的工装设计和容差分配技术,设计了两套铰孔与检验一体工装,具备单独铰孔功能.设计了机身与机翼插接检验检具和孔距检验的功能,避免了共铰带来的孔距超差问题.通过规划铰孔操作流程,设计专用刀具,改进了以往需要多套工装检具保证孔距协调的思路.实现了某型飞行器机翼的安装互换,经过批量试生产验证,这种设计方法有效地解决了某型飞行器机翼与机身安装互换的问题,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本.同时,也为其他类似结构的生产方式提供了参考.
Low Costs Manufacturing Technology for Wing Installation and Exchange of a Certain Type of Aircraft
An analysis was conducted on the difficulty in installing the connecting pins between the wings and fuselage of a certain type of batch production aircraft,as well as the hole pitch exceeding the tolerance after the pin holes co hinged,and the damaged wings could not be installed interchangeably.By using the commonly used tooling design and tolerance alloca-tion technology in aircraft manufacturing,two sets of integrated tooling for reaming and inspection were designed,which had the function of individual reaming.We designed inspection tools for the insertion of the fuselage and wings,as well as the function of hole spacing inspection,which avoided the problem of excessive hole spacing caused by common hinges.By planning the process of reaming operations and designing specialized cutting tools,the idea of requiring multiple sets of fix-tures and gauges to ensure coordinated hole spacing was improved.The installation and exchange of wings for a certain type of aircraft were achieved.After batch trial production verification,this design method effectively solved the problem of in-stallation and exchange of wings and fuselage for a certain type of aircraft,improved production efficiency,and reduced pro-duction costs.At the same time,it also provided a reference for other production methods with similar structures.
