某型号前起落架斜撑杆漏气的分析与改进

斜撑杆是某型前起落架上的重要组件之一,在气密试验时发现有漏气现象.为分析故障原因,从故障定位、机理分析、零组件尺寸检查和故障复现可知:充气活门与斜撑杆基体密封处密封圈表面缺陷造成了斜撑杆锥面密封部位局部密封失效,从而导致斜撑杆局部漏气.通过改进该处密封圈分模面,即由45°更改为180°,同时控制斜撑杆基体密封部位表面粗糙度的方法,有效解决了斜撑杆气密试验时漏气问题.斜撑杆锥面密封处漏气故障的分析与改进方法,对类似零组件密封部位漏气故障分析有一定的参考意义.
Analysis and Improvement of Air Leakage in Inclined Strut of a Certain Type Nose Landing Gear
The inclined strut was one of the important components of a certain type of nose landing gear,and it was found that there was air leakage during the airtight test.In order to analyze the cause of the fault,from the fault location,mechanism analysis,component size inspection and fault recurrence,it could be seen that the surface defect of the sealing ring at the sealing place between the inflation valve and the matrix of the inclined strut caused the local seal failure at the cone of the inclined strut,which leaded to the local air leakage of the inclined strut.By improving the die parting surface of the seal ring from 45°to 180°,and controlling the surface roughness of the sealing part of the inclined strut matrix,it was ef-fectively solved that the problem of air leakage during the air tight test of the inclined strut.The analysis and improvement of the air leakage fault in the sealing place of the inclined strut cone had certain reference significance to the analysis of the air leakage fault in the sealing place of similar components
