Application of TIG Automatic Welding Technology in CO2 Refrigerant Air Conditioners with Stainless Steel Pipes System of Rail Vehicles
Focused on the technical difficulties in the stainless steels pipe system welding of CO2 refrigerant air condi-tioning in railway vehicles,we applied TIG automatic welding process of stainless steels pipe to tackle the feasibility of stainless steels pipe welding of CO2 air conditioners.It was summarized that the process parameters setting basis of TIG au-tomatic welding process of stainless steels pipe,which could obtain the high-quality welding joints with the process parame-ters of this way.Meanwhile,the requirements for sealing test of CO2 refrigerant air conditioning pipeline system in railway vehicles after welding were introduced,which provided reference for system design,construction and sealing test for this type of air conditioners.
