摘要

针对特高压线路铁塔热镀锌中常见的镀锌层表面缺陷,对产生的原因进行了分析研究,根据数年来的实际经验,参考国内外相关热镀锌文献介绍,针对性制定了优化工艺和防止表面缺陷发生的措施,经过反复的实际验证,制定的优化工艺参数和措施对于克服热镀锌中的表面缺陷具有一定的参考价值,对进一步提高表面质量具有指导意义.

Abstract

It was analyzed and studied that the causes of common surface defects of hot-dip galvanizing layer in hot dip galvanizing of UHV line tower.Based on several years of practical experience and references to relevant domestic and for-eign hot-dip galvanizing literature,we specifically formulated measures to optimize the process and prevent surface defects.After we repeated practical verification,the introduced optimization process parameters and measures had certain reference value for overcoming surface defects in hot-dip galvanizing,and had guiding significance for further improving the surface quality.
