一种新型尖峰浪涌保护电路的研究

针对某航空产品直流电源系统中的过压浪涌和欠压浪涌,设计了一种新型浪涌保护电路,该电路要求用电负载能够承受80 V/50 ms的过压浪涌、8 V/50 ms的欠压浪涌和600 V/μs的尖峰电压.传统的航空直流抗浪涌电路,结构较复杂,效率低,对额定输入时的效率影响也较大,故设计了采用功率管控制输出,功率管为SM1U21PST,其耐压值为120 V,最大电流为10 A,在浪涌电压为80 V、后级电路工作电流大于10 A的条件下可持续将输出电压稳定在36 V,确保后级电路正常工作.通过实验验证,该电路和所设计的控制方法能有效抵抗航空直流电源中的浪涌,并使电路取得较高的效率.
Research on a New Type of Spike Surge Protection Circuit
Aimed at overvoltage surge and undervoltage surge of an aviation product DC power supply system,a new surge protection circuit was designed,the circuit required that the electrical load could withstand 80 V/50 ms overvoltage surge,8 V/50 ms undervoltage surge and 600 V/μs peak voltage.The traditional aviation DC anti-surge circuit had the com-plex structure,low efficiency,and the efficiency of the rated input was also greater,so we designed the power control out-put,the power tube was SM1U21PST,its withstand voltage value was 120 V,the maximum current was 10 A,and the output voltage could be continuously stabilized at 36 V under the condition that the surge voltage was 80 V and the working current of the subsequent circuit was greater than 10 A,which ensured that the subsequent circuit could work normally,the experiments showed that the circuit and the designed control method could effectively resist the surge in the aviation DC power supply,and made the circuit achieve high efficiency.
