Research on Delay Time Anomaly of a Delayed Product
With the rapid development of science and technology,the development of weapon system has been changing with each passing day.The delayed products were widely used in all kinds of intelligent ammunition,and were the indispen-sable key components in ammunition,they determined the product action sequence and strike efficiency.We analyzed and investigated the product structure design,the principle of delay time detection,the test process,the failure mechanism and so on with the cases as point of penetration,and carried on the test verification,breakdown reappearance,and measure veri-fication.By reasonably establishing the cleaning frequency of the test fixture and improving the test fixture,the problem that the product was misjudged disqualification due to the unreasonable testing instrument and the test fixture was solved,which could be used as a reference for the development and batch production test of similar delayed products.
