Research on Method of Non-contact Bending Height Detection of Longitudinal Beam
With the increasing use of variable-width frame and the application of various non-contact measurement schemes,the Z-shape height difference of variable-width frame was quickly detected by means of non-contact distance meas-uring equipment.And based on this,the maximum likelihood estimation was obtained by multi-point measurement and sta-tistical data maximum likelihood estimation.A mathematical model was constructed,a straight line was fitted by using least square method,and a distance between a measurement plane and a reference plane was quickly judged by calculating the dis-tance between a point and the straight line,and a high-precision measurement scheme could be realized by using low-preci-sion equipment through multiple measurements and statistical analysis.The system could realize the system error to be a-bout 2/3 of the original.The research results provided basis for rapid detection of bending height of frame longitudinal beam,which could greatly improve the measurement efficiency and maintain high stability.
