摘要

在数控车床上加工大螺距的梯形螺纹难度较大,主要体现在"扎刀"现象、程序的编制和精度的技术保证.针对梯形螺纹的这些难点,通过具体实例,从进刀方法、刀具的选择、宏程序的编制、尺寸精度技术控制等方面详细论述了大螺距梯形螺纹在数控车床上的车削技术方法,从而解决了上述问题,有效地保证了加工质量,提高了加工效率.宏程序编制简单实用,可作为大螺距梯形螺纹或蜗杆零件的通用模版.

Abstract

It was difficult to machine large pitch trapezoidal thread on the numerical control lathe,which mainly reflec-ted in the phenomenon of sticking the knife,the preparation of the program and the technical assurance of precision.Ac-cording to these difficulties of trapezoidal thread,through concrete examples,from the feeding method,the choice of the tool,the preparation of the macro program,the technical control of dimensional accuracy and other aspects,discussed turn-ing technology method of the large pitch trapezoidal thread in the numerical control lathe,thus solved the above problems,effectively ensured the quality of the processing,and improved the processing efficiency.The macro program was simple and practical,which could be used as a general template for large pitch trapezoidal thread or worm parts.
