Development of High Efficiency Cleaning Device for Filter Rod Launching Pipelines
In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and large manpower input in cleaning the launching pipes,a high efficiency cleaning device was designed.The device consisted of a traction part,a steel cable arrangement part,and a pipeline cleaning part.The traction part dragged the steel cable from one end of the filter rod launching pipeline and output-ted it through the other end of the filter rod launching pipeline.The sponge traction head on the steel cable was replaced by the spring clean head.The winding drum pulled the spring clean head on the steel cable back through,and the spring clean head was closely attached to the inner wall of the pipeline to scrape off the deposited dirt on the inner wall of the pipeline.The glue dirt was blown out of the pipeline by compressed air,and the arrangement part compactly arranged the steel cable on the winding drum.The designed device was tested on six filter rod launching pipeline of filter rod hooting machine No.6 in Qujing Cigarette Factory of HongyunHonghe Tobacco(Group).The results showed that only two operator was needed for cleaning launching pipelines after application of cleaning device,which was 2 operators less than before the device was appli-cation.The plugging interval lengthened from 5 workdays to 10.5 workdays.The cleaning time per 100 meters of the filter rod launching pipeline was reduced from 78.75 min to 9.44 min.This technology supported the improvement of cleaning ef-ficiency of the filter rod launching pipelines.
