某35CrMnSi连接底密集裂缝产生的原因分析

某弹药的连接底所用的原材料为优质35CrMnSi钢棒,在对某批次精加工后的连接底进行外观检验时发现其底部存在密集细小裂缝,裂缝周围存在密集孔洞,因此对该批连接底进行化学分析、宏观组织检测、微观组织检测和力学性能检测.结果表明:连接底底部密集裂纹和孔洞是锻造过烧造成的;用于制造连接底的35CrMnSi钢棒熔炼质量等级差,所用原材料钢棒的硫含量偏高,这是造成连接底过烧的主要原因;锻造温度过高,也对连接底缺陷的产生存在不利影响.连接底的缺陷与热处理工艺无关.
Analysis of Causes of Dense and Small Cracks at the Bottom of a Certain 35CrMnSi Connection
The materials of an ammunition connection was the high quality 35CrMnSi steel bar,dense and small cracks of con-nection were found when doing visual inspection after finish machining of a certain batch,and dense pores was found around cracks,so it was done that chemical analysis,macroscopic tissue detection,and mechanical property test for connections.The results showed that the cracks and pores under connection bottom were caused by overburning of the forging,the quality of 35CrMnSi steel bar used for manufacturing connection bottom was poor,and the sulfur content of steel bar was on the high side,which was the main reason cause overburning of connections.The excess temperature of the forging also caused adverse effect for connection bot-toms.The defects of connection bottoms had no relationship with technology for heating processing.
