电子设备静电放电防护技术分析及案例研究

科学技术与集成电路工艺的发展,使电子设备性能不断增强、集成度越来越高的同时也使其更加敏感,由静电放电引起的危害也越来越多,严重影响设备的可靠性与安全性.首先阐述了静电放电产生原因及时间短、频谱宽等特点,并对静电放电国内相关标准、要求、参数与干扰原理、途径进行了简单解析.然后对生活中的静电放电值及常用的防护方法、防护原理进行了介绍.最后针对某摄像头产品在静电放电试验中发生的故障现象结合以往经验,进行故障定位与分析,从并联防护器件TVS、更换具有屏蔽性能的柔性线缆、通过螺丝孔进行有效搭接以减小环路阻抗等方面给出具体的整改措施,并通过试验验证了措施的有效性.最终给出了引发故障的结论与相关建议,供相关设计人员参考.
Technology Analysis and Case Study of Electrostatic Discharge Protection for Electronic Devices
The development of science and technology and integrated circuit technology has continuously enhanced the performance and integration of electronic devices,while it also made them more sensitive,so the hazards caused by electro-static discharge have been increasing,which seriously affected the reliability and safety of the equipment.Firstly,we elabo-rated the causes of electrostatic discharge,and characteristics such as short time and wide spectrum,and provided a brief a-nalysis of relevant domestic standards,requirements,parameters,interference principles,and approaches for electrostatic discharge.Then,the static discharge values in daily life,commonly used protection methods,and protection principles were introduced.Finally,based on the fault phenomenon that occurred in the electrostatic discharge test of a certain camera prod-uct,combined with past experience,fault location and analysis were carried out.Specific rectification measures were pro-posed from the aspects of parallel protection device TVS,replacement of flexible cables with shielding performance,effec-tive overlap through screw holes to reduce loop impedance and so on.The effectiveness of the measures was verified through experiments.The conclusion and relevant suggestions that led to the malfunction were provided in the end,which provided the reference for relevant designers.
