摘要

超声波塑料焊接技术是随着塑料制品在工业生产中的广泛应用而逐渐发展起来的,该技术以其经济、环保、高效的特点,逐渐取代传统的塑料连接方式,成为解决复杂塑料制品连接问题的新技术,在机械制造、航天航空、汽车、电子、日常化工等各领域的装备制造中日益得到重视并广泛应用.目前,超声波塑料焊接技术的发展十分迅速,为深入研究该技术,通过总结超声波塑料焊接技术相关设备、焊接工艺参数、接口结构设计以及焊接机理的研究现状,分析现阶段该技术研究存在的问题.总结来看,可以从设备缺陷改造及自动化研究、工艺参数数据库建立、引入先进研发工具进行机理研究等方向进行重点研究,来提升超声波焊接技术水平.

Abstract

The ultrasonic plastic welding technology has gradually developed with the widespread application of plastic products in industrial production.With its economic,environmental and efficient characteristics,this technology replaced traditional plastic connection methods and became a new technology to solve complex plastic product connection problems.It has been valued and widely used in equipment manufacturing in various fields such as mechanical manufacturing,aerospace,automobile,electronics,daily chemical engineering and so on.At present,the development of ultrasonic plastic welding technology was very rapid,and in order to conduct in-depth research on this technology,by summarizing the status of equip-ment related with ultrasonic plastic welding technology,welding process parameters,welding structure design and welding mechanism research,we analyzed the current problems in the research of this technology.As a whole,it could be addressed through equipment defect modification and automation research,establishment of process parameter database,introducing advanced tools for mechanism research to conduct key research,which improved the level of ultrasonic welding technology.
