摘要

数字孪生技术作为当前热门的高新技术之一,正在受到越来越多专家学者的关注和重视,从数字孪生技术的概念和应用案例出发,阐述了当前数字孪生技术在智慧工程、智慧城市、智能制造等领域广泛的应用背景.进一步分析了目前导弹战斗部在研制过程中遇到的问题和实际导弹战斗部全生命周期中面临的多种事件.并在此基础上探讨思考了数字孪生技术在包括导弹战斗部在内的武器系统装备的研制、更新换代等领域应用的可能性、数字孪生技术可为导弹战斗部研制和全周期管理带来的优势和便利以及数字孪生导弹战斗部大规模系统化实际应用面临的问题,以期达到在数字孪生技术的帮助下,结合建立数字导弹战斗部模型和仿真计算,达到提升导弹战斗部武器系统的研制水平和规范管理的目的.

Abstract

As one of the current popular high-tech,digital twin technology has been receiving more and more attention and focus from experts and scholars.Took the concept and application cases of digital twin technology as the starting point,it was illustrated that the current background of digital twin technology widely used in the fields of smart engineering,smart city,smart manufacturing.It further analyzed the current problems related to missile warhead encountered in the develop-ment process and the multiple events faced in the whole life cycle of actual missile warheads.On this basis,the possibility of applying digital twin technology in the development and modernization of weapon systems and equipmentincluding missile warheads was discussed and thought,the advantages and convenience that digital twin technology could bring to missile war-head development and full cycle management,and the problems that still faced by the large-scale systematic application of digital twin missile warheads were also discussed.In order to achieve the purpose of improving the development level and standardized management of missile warhead weapon systems with the help of digital twin technology,and combined with the established digital missile warhead model and simulation calculation.
