大尺寸高精度铝合金焊接壳体校形工艺研究

针对大尺寸、高精度铝合金焊接壳体的材料性能及尺寸精度等技术要求的特点,综合分析比较了现行的多种校形工艺方法,并结合实际生产过程中的设备条件,提出了热胀校形的工艺方案,运用弹塑性力学理论,对该工艺方案进行了理论分析和论证.在此基础上通过工艺试验,确定了校形工艺参数和模具结构.经试验验证,数据结果符合产品技术要求.
Research on Sizing Process of Large-sized and High Precision Aluminum Alloy Welding Shells
Focused on the features of the technical requirements of materials,properties,and dimensional accuracy for the large-sized and high-precision aluminum alloy welded shells,a comprehensive analysis and comparison of various current sizing process methods were conducted,and a thermal expansion sizing process plan was proposed based on equipment con-ditions of existing production process.The theoretical analysis of this process plan was conducted by using the theory of e-lastic-plastic mechanics.On this basis,the sizing process parameters and mold structure were determined through process experiments.After experimental verification,the data met the technical requirements of the product.
