Design and Development of an Online Detection Device for Safety Interlock Function of Portable Quick-opening Pressure Vessel
With the rapid development of industrial technology,quick-opening pressure vessels have been widely applied in multiple fields.However,the reliability of their safety interlock function was crucial for ensuring the safe operation of the equipment.So,we aimed at enhancing the safety and operational efficiency of the equipment,designed a portable online de-tection device for the safety interlock function of quick-opening pressure vessels.Firstly we analyzed the safety interlock function requirements of quick-opening pressure vessels,then elaborated on the design principle,hardware composition and software implementation of the detection device in details,and verified the reliability and effectiveness of the detection device through experiments.The experimental results showed that the detection device had the advantages of small volume,light weight,portability and so on,and it could accurately detect whether the safety interlock function of the quick-opening pres-sure vessel was operating normally or not.
