飞机薄壁件损伤铆接修理前后承载能力分析

铆接是飞机结构损伤修理中常用的修理方法之一.为深入研究飞机薄壁件损伤铆接修理前后的承载能力和破坏形式,应用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件建立了其三维有限元模型,进行了准静态拉伸仿真模拟,并将相应的模拟结果与试验结果进行了对比分析.结果表明:有限元分析能有效模拟飞机薄壁件损伤铆接修理前后的承载能力和破坏形式;同时,进一步分析了铆钉布置和盖板形状对飞机薄壁件损伤铆接修理前后承载能力的影响.这些结果为研究飞机结构铆接修理工艺参数优化设计提供了参考依据.
Analysis of Load-bearing Capacity of Aircraft Thin-walled Parts Damage before and after Riveting Repair
The riveting was one of the common repair methods in aircraft structure damage repair.In order to study the load-bearing capacity and failure mode of aircraft thin-walled part damage before and after riveting repair,by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA software,we established a three-dimensional finite element model,carried out the quasi-static tensile simulation,and compared the corresponding simulation results with experimental results.The results showed that finite element analy-sis could effectively simulate the load-bearing capacity and failure mode of aircraft thin-walled part damage before and after riveting repair,at the same time,we analyzed the influence of rivet arrangement and patch shape on the load-bearing capaci-ty of aircraft thin-walled part damage before and after riveting repair.These results provided a reference basis for optimizing the design of aircraft structure riveting repair process parameters.
