为解决传统WC-Co矿用硬质合金面对复杂地质情况的局限性,以高能球磨CoCrFeNiMo非等摩尔比高熵合金粉末作为粘结相制备了 WC-10%CoCrFeNiMo矿用高熵硬质合金.利用扫描电镜、金相显微镜、维氏硬度计等,对WC-10%CoCrFeNiMo与WC-10%Co硬质合金的显微组织及物理-力学性能进行研究比较.结果表明,与WC-10%Co矿用硬质合金相比,WC-10%CoCrFeNiMo高熵硬质合金在具备相同的FCC结构下展现出良好的综合力学性能,在1 450 ℃烧结的合金维氏硬度达到(1 375±20)HV30,冲击韧性达到(56±5)kJ/m2.
Research on Structure and Mechanical Properties of WC-10%CoCrFeNiMo High Entropy Cemented Carbide
In order to solve the limitation of traditional WC-Co mining cemented carbide in the face of complex geological conditions,the WC-10%CoCrFeNiMo mining high-entropy cemented carbide was prepared by high-energy ball milling CoCrFeNiMo Non-equal molar ratio high-entropy alloy powder as the binder phase.The microstructure and physical-me-chanical properties of WC-10%CoCrFeNiMo and WC-10%Co cemented carbide were studied and compared by using scan-ning electron microscope,metallographic microscope,Vickers hardness tester and so on.The results showed that compared with WC-10%Co mining cemented carbide,WC-10%CoCrFeNiMo high-entropy cemented carbide exhibited good compre-hensive mechanical properties under the same FCC structure.The Vickers hardness of the alloy sintered at 1 450 ℃ reached(1 375±20)HV30,and the impact toughness reached(56±5)kJ/m2.
