Research on Structure and Mechanical Properties of WC-10%CoCrFeNiMo High Entropy Cemented Carbide
In order to solve the limitation of traditional WC-Co mining cemented carbide in the face of complex geological conditions, the WC-10%CoCrFeNiMo mining high-entropy cemented carbide was prepared by high-energy ball milling CoCrFeNiMo Non-equal molar ratio high-entropy alloy powder as the binder phase. The microstructure and physical-me-chanical properties of WC-10%CoCrFeNiMo and WC-10%Co cemented carbide were studied and compared by using scan-ning electron microscope, metallographic microscope,Vickers hardness tester and so on.The results showed that compared with WC-10%Co mining cemented carbide,WC-10%CoCrFeNiMo high-entropy cemented carbide exhibited good compre-hensive mechanical properties under the same FCC structure. The Vickers hardness of the alloy sintered at 1 450 ℃ reached(1 375±20)HV30,and the impact toughness reached(56±5)kJ/m2.
