重卡侧围内板不等厚激光拼焊板应用研究

研究不等厚激光拼焊板(DC04/0.8-1.5mm)的力学、硬度、金相、杯突及焊缝性能,同时基于某重卡驾驶室侧围内板制定不等厚激光拼焊板方案,对其进行冲压成型性仿真、零件试制验证和台架可靠性试验.结果表明:不等厚激光拼焊板材料力学性能、成型性能和焊接质量满足要求;不等厚激光拼焊侧围内板零件力学性能、尺寸精度满足要求;零件数量由2件集成为1件,可实现单件减重1.26 kg/件,坯料成本降低2.4元/件,工装投入减少75万元,生产费用减少7.9元/件.相关设计经验可为后续驾驶室零件轻量化及工艺设计提供参考.
Research on Application of Laser Tailor Welded Blanks with Different Thickness for Heavy Truck Side Inner Panels
The dynamics,hardness,metallography and cupping and welding line properties of DC04/0.8-1.5mm laser tailor welded blank with different thickness were tested and analyzed.At the same time,based on the heavy truck cab side wall inner panel,it was developed that a different thickness laser tailor welded blank scheme,and the stamping formability simulation,parts stamping test and bench reliability test were carried out.The results showed that the mechanical proper-ties,molding properties and welding quality of the different thickness laser tailor welded blank met the requirements.The mechanical properties and dimensional accuracy of the different thickness laser tailor welded side wall inner panel met the re-quirements.The number of parts was integrated from 2 pieces to 1 piece,the weight of a single piece was reduced by 1.26 kg/piece,the blank cost was reduced by 2.4 yuan/piece,the tooling investment was reduced by 750,000 yuan,and the pro-duction cost was reduced by 7.9 yuan/piece.The relevant design experience provided reference for the lightweight and process design of subsequent wheel house parts.
