摘要

微纳制造技术作为实现微米和纳米级别结构制造的一种前沿技术,对军用电子元器件、甚至武器装备的发展都起着至关重要的推动作用.研究分析了微纳制造技术在武器装备研制和武器装备器件制造中的重要作用,归纳梳理了近年来发达国家围绕推进微纳制造技术发展所制定的规划计划,从微纳3D打印、纳米压印、光刻技术及纳米材料等角度分析了微纳制造技术在国外国防领域的研发应用现状,为我国推动微纳制造技术在国防领域的发展与应用提供了参考与借鉴.

Abstract

As a cutting-edge technology to realize the manufacture of micro and nano structures,micro-nano manufac-turing technology played a vital role in promoting the development of military electronic components and even weapons and equipment.It was studied and analyzed that the important role of micro-nano manufacturing technology in the development of weapons and equipment and the manufacturing of weapons and equipment devices,and we summarized the planning plans made by developed countries to promote the development of micro-nano manufacturing technology in recent years.It was an-alyzed that the research and development and application status of micro-nano manufacturing technology in foreign national defense fields from the perspectives of micro-nano 3D printing,nano-imprint,the lithography technology,nanometer mate-rials and so on.It provided references for promoting the development and application of micro-nano manufacturing technolo-gy in national defense field in China.
