基于LabVIEW的列车信号图像采集装置的设计

目前轨道列车主机厂采集列车制动系统信号图像时依赖示波器,采集结果由人工打印记录,存在操作繁琐、费时费力、结果不便查询等问题.为了降低调试人员的工作强度,提高效率和结果的可追溯性,设计开发一种基于LabVIEW的列车制动系统信号图像采集装置.硬件方面通过传感器将压力信号转变为电信号,再通过采集卡将各通道的实时电压或电流信号转换为数字信号,并通过驱动程序传到智能主机内.软件方面使用LabVIEW设计并在智能主机上运行,根据采集到的数据进行波形显示、参数计算、图片存储及上传等功能.可通过MQTT协议同智能调试管理平台通信,以任务驱动的方式实现各种信息与命令的发送和接收.通过实验室和现场测试,调试数据可以实时准确保存,提高了现场车间城轨车辆调试的效率,满足了设计的各项预期需求.
Design of Train Signal Image Acquisition Device based on LabVIEW
At present,the main factory of rail train relied on oscilloscope to collect the signal image of train braking sys-tem,and the collected results were printed and recorded manually.There were some problems such as cumbersome opera-tion,time-consuming,laborious,inconvenient query of results and so on.In order to reduce the work intensity of the de-bugging personnel and improve the efficiency and traceability of the results,it was designed and developed that a signal im-age acquisition device for train braking system based on LabVIEW.In terms of hardware,the pressure signal was converted into an electrical signal through the sensor,and then the real-time voltage or current signal of each channel was converted in-to a digital signal through the acquisition card,and was transmitted to the intelligent host through the driver.The software was designed by LabVIEW and ran on the intelligent host.According to the collected data,the functions of waveform dis-play,parameter calculation,picture storage and upload were carried out.It could communicate with the intelligent debug-ging management platform through the MQTT protocol,and realize the sending and receiving of various information and commands in a task-driven manner.Through laboratory and field tests,the debugging data could be saved accurately in real time,which improved the efficiency of debugging urban rail vehicles in the field workshop and met the expected require-ments of the design.
