Research on Application of Virtual Simulation of Automobile New Color Development
Focused on the development of virtual simulation methods for new color development of automobiles,this method used color rendering simulation software and color material scanner,and combined with 360°virtual scene creation and VR virtual 3D equipment,scanned high-precision virtual color material and created realistic virtual review environment.We made a digital model in the design stage of the vehicle data design,realized the concept color development comparison and virtual review by scanning the generated virtual color material and virtual 3D scene.We emphasized the advantages of color development virtual simulation application in vehicle model color concept design and engineering analysis,such as re-ducing the physical sample transfer process and the number of visual reviews,and reducing the cost of rectifying the color reform,and the color development and review cycle significantly.At the same time,it could base on different stages of the sample material data for the engineering analysis of the color effect,flicker and granularity.
