新型离心通风机叶轮叶片耐磨材料制备和性能研究

摘要
考虑兼顾离心通风机叶轮叶片耐磨性、工艺性和经济性等方面,通过爆炸复合焊接方法将T8和Q355B进行复合,制备出一种用于离心通风机叶轮叶片的新型T8/Q355B爆炸复合板材料.对该材料分别在750、800、850和900 ℃下进行真空淬火热处理,并测试了复合板的硬度、抗剪强度等性能.结果表明,随着淬火温度的升高,复合板的硬度和抗剪强度先提升后减弱,在850 ℃时达到最优性能,淬火温度为850 ℃的T8/Q355B爆炸复合板是一种可用于制造叶轮叶片的材料.
Abstract
Considering the wear resistance,process,and economy of centrifugal fan impeller blades,a new type of T8/Q355B explosive composite plate material for centrifugal fan impeller blades was prepared by using the explosive clad weld-ing method that combined T8 with Q355B.The material was heat treated by vacuum quenching at 750,800,850 and 900 ℃ respectively,and it was tested that the hardness and shear strength of the composite plate.The results showed that with the increase of quenching temperature,the hardness and shear strength of the composite plate first increased and then decreased,and the optimal performance was achieved at 850 ℃.The T8/Q355B explosive composite plate with a quenching tempera-ture of 850 ℃ was a material that could be used to manufacture impeller blades.
