The university campus planning in the current new era presents many new characteristics:large scale,intensive land use,ecological approaches and openness.The education buildings also appear to be increasingly concentrated,of larger scale,and clustered in groups.With the case of the building of Business School of Hehai University,this article investigates the issue of intensive design in education building through five aspects:diversified functions,spatial integration,resource sharing,overall shape,and efficient circulation.t is intended to provide references for the contemporary planning and design of campus buildings.
