Construction of Renewal and Design Atlas of Boundary Space in Blocks Based on Spatial Equity
The dialectical contradiction of the connective and separative boundary space determines its complex and diverse spatial hierarchy,interests and needs of people and the process of space production.Under the context of urban renewal,it is sensible to understand its connotation with the mix of other public elements such as economy,society,politics and culture based on space itself,saving the process of urban public spaces from the absolute control and unfair infringement of the capital.This paper therefore tries to interpret spatial equity in a polysemous way based on the theory of spatial equity and through current representative cases.Meanwhile,it constructs a design atlas through three hierarchical strategies of functional juxtaposition,spatial coordination and sharing for operation and maintenance,so as to realise the spatial equity of boundary space under the pedigree of materialized content,language diagram and transformation motivation.
