Professional Recognition of Architects in the Action of Graduation Choice:A Case Study of the 2022 Graduates of HUST Majoring in Architecture

摘要
研究从毕业选择的社会行动介入,通过个体化的深度访谈和群体化的问卷调查等多种方式获取资料,采用扎根理论和多方验证的方法,建立具有阶段性特征的建筑师职业认同框架.在此框架中,毕业生的职业认知包含三种主范畴:建筑师的职业技术特征、职业社会责任和职业社会地位.进一步的范畴挖掘和关联显示,毕业生的职业认知在主范畴的相互作用及外部张力下结构失衡,由此带来了职业认同的危机.
Abstract
We collect data through individualized in-depth interviews and group questionnaire surveys from the social action of graduation choice,and adopt the methods of rooted theory and multi-party verification to establish a professional identity framework for architectural graduates with phased characteristics.It finds that the professional cognition of graduates is composed of three main axis categories:architect's occupational technical characteristics,social responsibility and social status.Further category mining and correlation show that graduates'occupational cognition forms an unbalanced structure under the interaction of main categories and external tensions,which brings about the crisis of professional identity.
