Humanism,Integration,Interconnection:Exploration and Practice of Building Future Smart Communities Based on Careful Renewal Theory
It has become a global trend to promote organic and sustainable community renewal through smart technology.In order to avoid ecological and social issues such as duplicate construction of information facilities and neglect of humanistic care during the community building process,the future smart community building needs to reach an industry consensus of"valuing human needs and neglecting technological products".This article proposes a"people-oriented","integrated"and"interconnected"value system for the construction of future smart communities based on the Careful Renewal Theory.Taking Tianjin Aocheng Tianxi Community as a confirmatory practice sample,a"three-stage"model and implementation strategy for the construction of future smart communities is proposed from three stages of evaluation planning,construction implementation,and operation management,providing technical and methodological supports for sustainable renewal of urban communities.
