摘要
老旧社区公共空间作为承载居民日常生活的重要场所,其品质提升对老旧社区更新具有重要价值.场景营造作为老旧社区更新的一种新途径,通过改善物质空间环境提升社区生活品质,同时注重挖掘文化价值内涵,进而激发社区内生动力.研究针对老旧社区公共空间发展困境展开分析,基于场景构成要素的相互作用,探讨社区场景形成机制,并结合重庆白马凼街区更新实践,提出结合场景营造的社区公共空间更新策略,拓展我国老旧社区公共空间更新的思路.
Abstract
Public spaces in old communities play a crucial role in the daily lives of residents and hold significant value for promoting community renewal.Scene creation,as an innovative approach to community revitalization,aims to enhance the quality of community life by improving the physical environment and exploring the cultural value to foster community vitality.This research focuses on analyzing the challenges of community renewal in old neighborhoods,examining the interplay of scene composition elements,and presenting strategies and methods for enhancing public spaces in the community based on scene creation.It extends its findings by incorporating the experience of updating the Baimadang District in Chongqing,providing valuable insights and approaches for rejuvenating public spaces in old communities across China.
