摘要

伴随城市与地铁建设发展,闲置铁路线成为城市高质量建设重要的存量空间资源.文章基于景观都市主义视角,通过对比国内外经典案例,从宏观、中观、微观三个层面对城市闲置铁路线活化利用的三个关键问题进行分析,提出闲置铁路线与城市空间网络共融、边界互通、空间互联的设计策略,并以武汉市武昌生态文化长廊武九铁路段更新利用案例为样本进行实证研究,为闲置铁路线活化利用与城市更新建设提供参考.

Abstract

As urban and metro construction expands,idle railway lines have become valuable spatial resources for promoting urban development.From the perspective of landscape urbanism,this study analyzes classic cases at home and abroad to explore the adaptive reuse of dormant railway lines.We focus on three key issues at the macro,meso,and micro levels,namely,design strategies for integrating dormant railway lines into the urban spatial network,enhancing boundary interoperability,and improving spatial interconnection.This analysis is intended to provide valuable references for the adaptive reuse of dormant railway lines and support urban regeneration and construction.
