由于高效和柔性的施工特点,模块化集成建筑成为满足日益增长的高性能建筑需求的一个可行性方案.木结构模块化集成建筑将木材低碳、可持续且多用途的材料优点与模块化建筑的优势相结合,是一种综合利用全预制木构部件和模块化设计原则来实现可灵活制造的快速建造模式.文章聚焦于木结构模块化集成建筑,利用现有文献及国内外比较研究,论证木结构模块化集成建筑的特点,并通过典型案例分析探索未来发展方向,强调了建筑工程师在木构建筑设计及建造技术方面采取的创新方法,为推动木结构模块化集成建筑的深度实践提供思路.
Modular Integrated Construction(MiC)is a feasible solution for meeting the increasing demand for high performance buildings due to its efficiency and flexible construction properties.Timber Modular Integrated Construction(Timber-MiC),an innovative construction method,combines the low carbon,sustainable and versatile material benefits of wood with the advantages of modular construction to achieve rapid construction and flexible layouts.This paper focuses on Timber-MiC.By using existing literature and conducting comparative studies both in China and internationally,it demonstrates the characteristics of Timber-MiC.Through typical case studies,it further explores research trends,emphasizes the innovative approaches adopted by architects and engineers in the modern timber modular integrated building design strategy and construction technology,and offers insights to promote the in-depth practice of Timber-MiC.
