摘要
通过调查新疆少数民族“两后生”职业教育现状,分析了职业学校对“两后生”所进行的职业技能培训内容与组织方式、学生入学情况、学习情况、专业设置、实训基地建设、校企合作等,研究了如何营造新疆职业教育的良好氛围,形成学生自我发展的驱动力,使“两后生”经过培训后具有可持续发展能力。
Abstract
Through the investigation of vocational education of Xinjiang minority nationalities who are after the youth and from"Junior middle school and high school ", and then analyze the following measurements carried out by many vocational schools: the training content of vocational skills, organization of students, learning situation, professional settings, construction of practice base, and cooperation between colleges. It’s also included how to build a good atmosphere of vocational education in Xinjiang in order to promote students' self development driving force and make them have the sustainable development ability after training.
