摘要
赏识教育是一种体现人文关怀的教育理念，是素质教育的一种。教育工作者应通过赏识的方式培养学生的信心、兴趣和意志，发掘学生自身的潜能。高校学风建设应将赏识教育贯穿全员育人的过程中，注重对学生的人文关怀与因材施教，促进整体教风、学风水平的提升。赏识教育在高校学风建设中的应用对于学生教育管理有一定的理论和实践意义。
Abstract
