A study on the Internal Training of the Youth League
Internal training played a crucial role in the organizational development and education of the Youth League.During the period from the first to the second National Congress of the Youth League, the focus of internal training for a few Youth League branches was on the introduction of Marxist theory. As the Youth League progressed from the second to the third National Congress, the emphasis of internal training shifted towards the education of theory and work methodology. However,in practice, the training primarily revolved around self-learning,teaching,discussions,and addressing issues related to Communism and the National Revo-lutionary Movement. The training on work methodology proved to be challenging to implement, and a model was established where Local Committees led the training under the guidance and inspection of the Central Committee. From the third National Congress of the Youth League to the Northern Expedition, there was a trend of convergence in the internal training across various regions of the Youth League.Daily training was divided into three aspects:ideological training, action training, and mutual criticism.Teaching and discussing political issues, improving practical skills, enforcing discipline, and strengthening service awareness became the fo-cal points of internal training.Organizing training classes of different types and levels emerged as a new trend. These training meas-ures provided much-needed human resources for the surge of the National Revolution.
