以"昌黎"之名:中唐古文圈的内外与渗透
In the Name of"Changli":The Interior,Exterior,and Permeability of Ancient Prose Circles in the Mid-Tang Dynasty

摘要
韩愈以"昌黎"为郡望,宋以降学者多将其解为是对门第与郡姓之攀附.其实,若将韩愈此一行为置放于古文兴起并发展的文学背景下予以考量,或可体现更为丰富的文化意义.借助新旧文献的梳理参读,通过勾勒早期古文运动参与者之交游,可知韩洄与众多早期古文倡导者过从密切,并存同声相应之谊,将"昌黎韩氏"的名号最早带入古文创作圈.后韩愈兄韩会在大历初依附权臣元载,与同附元载门下之韩洄存同族之谊,在重阀阅之社会背景与古文圈内重士族等时风影响下,韩会始称郡望"昌黎".韩愈幼孤,生活与文学均受兄长韩会影响极深,故在其初登文坛之创作早期,在文中自称郡望"昌黎",除却攀附之嫌疑外,尚存赓续其兄文脉、延续家学之用意.职是,韩愈称"昌黎"实汇聚了盛中唐古文发展与家学传递的诸多要素,是研究古文运动的重要视角.
Abstract
Han Yu's(韩愈)adoption of"Changli"as his prefectural surname has traditionally been interpreted,especially by scholars since the Song Dynasty,as an effort to affiliate himself with prestigious genealogies and powerful local clans.However,a contextual analysis situated within the literary milieu of the flourishing ancient prose(guwen)movement reveals deeper cultural significance.Through a critical analysis of diverse sources,this study reconstructs the social networks of early guwen proponents,demonstrating that Han Hui(韩洄)—one of the movement's earliest figures-first introduced the"Changli Han Clan"designation into guwen circles through his close ties to fellow reformers.In the early Dali era,Han Yu's elder brother Han Kuai(韩会),a-ligned with the faction of courtier Yuan Zai(元载),began to adopt"Changli"as his prefectural surname,motivated by both con-temporary emphasis on genealogical prestige and guwen circles'valorization of scholarly lineages.Orphaned in childhood,Han Yu was profoundly influenced by his brother's literary and familial legacy;his early adoption of"Changli"in his writings thus represen-ted not merely a strategy for social advancement,but,more importantly,a conscious effort to continue his brother's literary lineage and the family's scholarly tradition.This practice reflects the dynamic interplay of mid-Tang guwen development and familial scholarly transmission,offering a new perspective for re-evaluating the ancient prose movement.
