中国共产党"精神育人"的历史梳理、理论渊源及经验启示

中国共产党自成立以来,一百多年中着力实施"精神育人",历经了四个从自发到逐渐自觉的历史阶段:以思想改造为中心开展精神灌输、以树立榜样为抓手进行精神激励、以伟大事件为主题凝练精神实质、以中国精神为核心建构精神体系.马克思主义关于精神力量能动作用的科学观点和中华优秀传统文化中的高尚精神元素共同构成了中国共产党"精神育人"的理论渊源.梳理中国共产党百余年精神育人史可以得出三点经验启示:一是要处理好社会存在与社会意识的关系;二是要处理好实践与认识的关系;三是要处理好特殊与一般的关系.
The Historical Combing,Theoretical Origin,Experiences and Enlightenment of the Spiritual Education of the Communist Party of China
Since its founding,the Communist Party of China has devoted more than 100 years to the implementation of the spiritual education,which has gone through four historical stages from spontaneous to gradually conscious:carrying out spiritual indoctrination with ideological transformation as the center,spirit encouraging with setting an example as the starting point,summing up spiritual concentration with great events as the theme,and constructing a spiritual system with the Spirit of China as the core.The Marxist scientific viewpoints on the active role of spiritual forces and the noble spiritual elements in the excellent traditional Chinese culture co-constitute the theoretical origin of the spiritual education of the Communist Party of China.In combing through the history of the spiritual education of the Communist Party of China for more than 100 years,three enlightenments can be summed up:Firstly,we must properly handle the relationship between the Social Existence and the Social Consciousness.Secondly,we must properly handle the relationship between the Practice and the Cognition.Thirdly,we must properly handle the relationship between the the Special and the General.
