论引领大学生精神成长的"中国精神"课程设计——基于西南交通大学的教学实践

精神成长是大学生生命成长的关键,是他们学以成人的根本性标识.设置专门的"中国精神"课程,可以针对性地应对大学生精神成长困惑,实现精神育人.西南交通大学全力打造"中国精神"课程,积极整合课程资源,实施全过程教学目标管理,既尊重大学生精神成长规律,又尊重教学活动规律,体现了自主性、互动性和实践性的教学特点.本课程还运用"请进来"和"走出去"、因材施教、基于慕课的人网融合课堂翻转、基于数字技术的沉浸式体验、学用结合的多元化评价等教学策略,取得了较好的教学效果.调查研究表明,"中国精神"课程的大学生认可程度较高,但在"课堂互动程度"方面,本课程仍有待进一步提升.
On the Course Design of"Chinese Spirit"in the Field of Leading the Spiritual Growth of University Students
Spiritual growth plays a vital role as for the life growth of university students,and it is also a fundamental icon of their learning to be good people.The special courses of"Chinese Spirit"can solve the confusion of university students'spiritual growth and realize spiritual education.Southwest Jiaotong University makes every effort to create a series of courses of"Chinese Spirit",actively integrates curriculum resources and implements the whole-process teaching objective management.The university respects both the laws of spiritual growth of university students and the rules of teaching activities,reflecting the teaching characteristics of autonomy,interactivity and practice.This course also uses teaching strategies such as'inviting in'and'going out',teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,integrating classroom flipping based on MOOC,immersive experience based on digital technology,and diversified evaluation combining learning and application,and has achieved good teaching results.The survey study shows that the university students of this course have a higher degree of recognition.Yet in terms of the'degree of classroom interaction',the course of"Chinese Spirit"still needs to be further improved.
