流动空间与国家认同:民族地区高铁建设的时空政治

流动空间的形成是多民族国家社会整合和边疆治理的重要基础.在现代社会中,与交通运输发展密切相关的流动空间促使时空格局持续发生变化,为国家认同的形成与强化奠定了坚实基础.作为一种流动空间的生产与再造,少数民族地区高铁的发展既是"流动的治理",也是"治理的流动",兰新高铁、南广高铁等少数民族地区高铁列车的开行通过物理空间与社会空间的双重构建,不仅从社会关系、价值观念和身份认同等层面促进了民族融合与民族团结,为各民族成员构建国家认同提供了可视化框架,而且具有特别的符号象征意义,为铸牢中华民族共同体意识发挥了关键作用,有助于提升边疆社会治理效能,也为边疆民族地区交通政策的制定提供了参考借鉴.
Mobile Space and National Identity:The Spatial-temporal Politics of High-speed Railway Construction in Ethnic Minority Areas
The formation of mobile space is an important foundation for social integration and border governance in multi-ethnic countries.In modern society,the mobile space closely related to the development of transportation promotes continuous changes in the spatial-temporal pattern,laying a solid foundation for the formation and strengthening of national identity.As a form of production and reconstruction of mobile space,the development of high-speed railway in ethnic minority areas is both"Governance of mobility"and"Mobility of governance".The operation of High-speed railways in ethnic minority areas such as Lanzhou-Urumqi High-speed Railway and Nanning-Guangzhou High-speed Railway promotes ethnic integration and unity from the aspects of social relation,opinion of value and identity recognition,through the construction of physical space and social space.It provides a visual framework for members of various ethnic groups to build national identity and has a special symbolic significance,playing a key role in strengthening the sense of community for Chinese nation.This helps to improve the social governance efficiency in border areas,and also provides reference for the formulation of transportation policies in ethnic minority areas.
