Study on the Influencing Factors and Practical Paths of Resilient Governance of Digital City:Empirical Analysis Based on NCA and fsQCA
With the profound embedding of digital elements throughout the entire process of urban governance, the digital city has gradually evolved into a technology-driven urban system.Simultaneously, the digital city is a scenario application derived from"Digital Earth",essentially demanding the efficient integration and full utilization of diverse information resources within the city. The cleaning and integration of data enhance the efficacy of urban resilience governance, enabling cities to better confront challenges and achieve sustainable growth potential.By employing NCA and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)to analyze the influencing factors and realistic paths of digital city resilience governance,it is discovered that the resilience governance capability of the digital city should conform to the inevitable chronological sequence of antecedents in order to attain the corresponding enhancement of governance capability.Among them, when the resilience governance capacity of digital cities increases by 20%and 30%,the innovation environment level needs to rise by at least 3%,the industrial development level requires an increase of at least 5.8%,and the development environment needs to be optimized by 10.5%compared with the previous situation;A single factor cannot constitute the necessary conditions for the resilient governance of digital cities.Industrial development, development environment, innovation and development, and data governance are all conditional variables that impact the improvement of the resilient governance of digital cities. Each of the three effective configuration paths possesses its own characteristics and is a"favorable approach"to enhance the resilience governance ability of digital cities.
